What is the purpose of your art?
Through my art, I seek to make the world a better place. I believe that art has the power to transform hearts, minds, and societies. I generously donate the majority of the proceeds from my paintings to charitable causes, supporting organizations that are working to alleviate poverty, hunger, and disease. I believe that art is a powerful force for good, and I am committed to using my talent to make a difference in the world.
How can I purchase artwork from this website?
To purchase artwork, simply browse my online gallery and select the piece you wish to buy. Click on the artwork, and you’ll find detailed information along with a “Buy Now” button. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are debit/credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery In Stockholm, Sweden upon delivery in person or pick up from the artist. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged.
What is your return policy?
Sales are final, except in the case of damage. If your painting has been damaged, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me at connect@artbybras.com with any problems regarding your order and I will try my best to rectify any issues. A return can be organized as well prior to the shipment of the painting. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
How does shipping and delivery work?
The standard delivery time is within 10 to 14 working days from the date of order placement. Delivery is insured, and tracked, and will require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an address where someone is available to accept the delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please be aware that international orders may incur additional taxes and duties. Check your country’s fees and policies before placing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
We make every effort to fulfill orders as specified in our terms, but cancellations may occur due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the full amount to the customer.
