Thank you for visiting the site and for shopping with BRAS Studio. Here is a list of details you’ll need to know before browsing the site and placing an order.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are debit/credit card, Paypal orCash on delivery In Stockholm, Sweden uppon delivery in person or pick up from the artist. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged.

RETURNS

BRAS Studios aims for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible. Therefore, all sales are final, except in the case of damage. If your painting has been damaged, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me at connect@artbybras.com with any problems regarding your order and I will try my best to rectify and issues. An return can be organized as well prior to the shipment of the paiting.
In case on agreed return the buyer is responsible for organizing and covering the full cost of the return shipment. It’s strongly recommended to use a tracked and insured courier service; BRAS Studio does not take responsibility for any returned artworks that are lost or damaged in transit back to the Studio. BRAS Studio will inspect the artwork condition and confirm the refund amount after receiving the returned artworks.

Please note, physical sales made in galleries or exhibitions are final and cannot be returned.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 7 working days for processing orders prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. In the case of bespoke framing, further lead time could be required and will be stated in the product details. All orders are insured. They are tracked and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.

DUTIES + TAXES

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. BRAS Studio is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

CANCELLATIONS

Every effort will be made to fulfil every order as specified in the terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond the control of BRAS Studio. The Studio reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding the customer for the full amount immediately.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
